Vernon Parish Sheriff's deputies made multiple arrests recently, according to an arrest report released by the Vernon Parish Sheriff Office.
Last month deputies arrested Michael Dale Jeane, 44, of Evans, on one count each of theft and criminal trespass after he allegedly took items from a residence without permission and sold them at a local recycling center. Bond for Jeane was set at $3,500, and he was later released from the Vernon Parish Jail on bail.
Deputies also arrested LeNora Day, 45, of Rosepine and Samantha Lynch, 29, of DeRidder, on separate incidents.
Day was charged with seven counts of illegal possession of stolen goods while Lynch was booked into the Vernon Parish Jail on charges of forgery. Day's bond was set at $7,000, and she was later released from the Vernon Parish Jail on bail.
Bond for Lynch was set at $3,500, and she posted bail and has been released from the Vernon Parish Jail.
In another incident, Timothy W. Phillips, 48, of Leesville, was arrested by sheriff's deputies on one count each of simple burglary and theft after he allegedly entered a residence without the owner's permission and took some pocket knives from within the residence.
Phillips' bond was set at $8,500 and he has been released from the Vernon Parish Jail after posting bond.
