The City of Leesville has lifted its boil advisory, according to a spokesperson for the city.


The City of Leesville has lifted its boil advisory, according to a spokesperson for the city.
Results from the city-wide water test conducted by the Vernon Parish Health Unit reveal chlorine levels are acceptable and Leesville City water is now suitable for consumption.
The boil advisory had been in effect for only those residents or businesses who lost water service Tuesday, May 24.
