An Anacoco woman was arrested June 28 on two counts of possession of hydrocodone as well as obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.
The Vernon Parish Sheriff's Department recently announced five recent arrests, including four of which involved drug-related charges.
Erika Freeze, 26, of Anacoco, was charged on June 28 with two counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, possession of hydrocodone, and two counts of criminal conspiracy to obtain a controlled dangers substance by fraud. Her bond was set at $65,000.
William Freeze, 24, of Leesville, was charged with one count of criminal conspiracy to obtain CDS. His bond was set at $15,000.
Shayna Daley, 22, of Leesville, was charged with two counts of obtaining CDS by fraud and one count of conspiracy to obtain CDS by fraud on June 28. Her bond was set at $45,000.
John Bomersbach, 28, of Leesville, was charged with possession of hydrocodone and possession of a schedule IV CDS (xanax) on June 28. His bond was set at $12,500.
Sidney Fletcher, 50, of Rosepine, was arrested on July 1 on three counts of theft valuing over $1,000. According to the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Department, Beauregard Electric reported to the VPSD that multiple wires used for their high-wire power lines had been stolen. The sheriff's office later arrested Fletcher for his involvement in the case. His bond was not available.
