Rep. Frankie Howard (R-Many) has been named to the Louisiana Rural Caucus executive committee.
Serving on the executive committee are Rep. Jack Montoucet (D-Crowley), Chairman, Bernard LeBas, (D-Ville Platte), Vice Chairman and Stephen Pugh (R-Ponchatoula), Secretary/Treasurer.
As chairman, Montoucet appointed six caucus members, in addition to Howard, to serve with the officers on the executive committee. They are Reps. Kenny Cox (D-Natchitoches), Kenny Havard (R-Jackson), Dorothy Sue Hill (D-Dry Creek), Rob Shadoin (R-Ruston), and Sens. Rick Gallot (D-Ruston) and Francis Thompson (D-Delhi).
The Rural Caucus membership includes 88 legislators from around the state.
