FORT POLK- Soldiers and civilians working on Fort Polk have until Friday to get their vehicles registered on post, according to a post spokesman.
After that, vehicles without a post decal will have to receive a visitor's pass, resulting in delays for the driver.
Vehicles are registered at the In and Out Processing Center, Building 1830, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Required are registration, proof of insurance, a driver's license and a government identification card. If registering the vehicle for someone else, a notarized statement from the vehicle owner is necessary. For more information, call 337-531-7258.
