The Louisiana Lions Camp celebrated its last session of the summer with a final campfire gathering on Friday, July 20.
The gathering was a chance for campers and counselors to reflect on their time within the camp grounds before making their way outside.
Numerous counselors were given awards and scholarships for the future endeavours outside of Lions Camp.
The campers themselves received their own awards for their progress in session seven and the spirit they kept during their stay.
Opening its doors in May, the Louisiana Lions Camp has been helping enrich the lives of numerous disabled children this summer, providing a space for them to learn and make new experiences.
The final campfire helped to close out the summer by shining its glow on the counselors, staff and campers that help make each year a success for the Lions Camp.
