Officers from the Alexandria Police Department are currently investigating an incident where a Vernon Parish school bus was damaged Tuesday while parked in an Alexandria parking lot.
According to the APD, the Leesville High School basketball team was eating at Cici's Pizza in the 1400 block of MacArthur Drive when their bus was damaged. The team was returning from a basketball game against Bolton High School.
The APD reports that the incident remains under investigation.
