Louisiana State Penitentiary Warden N. Burl Cain has been named a 2015 inductee to the Louisiana Justice Hall of Fame.
The inductees were announced by Department of Public Safety and Corrections Secretary James M. LeBlanc, Louisiana State Penitentiary and The Louisiana State Penitentiary Museum Foundation in August. A ceremony was held Aug. 28.
Cain was raised in Pitkin and has been warden of Angola since January 1995.
