The Louisiana High School Athletic Association released its final regular-season Power Rankings Sunday afternoon and the first-round playoff matchups.

Four local teams will made the postseason with Leesville (9-1) receiving the highest seed of any team from Beauregard or Vernon Parish. The Wampus Cats will host Franklinton in the first-round at Wampus Cat Stadium. Franklinton (3-7) is the No. 27 ranked team in the Power Rankings.

DeRidder (6-3) goes on the road to play Cecila (6-4), who won its final six games after dropping four games to start the season. Four of Cecila's first five games were against Class 5A competition.

Rosepine (9-1) makes the playoffs after a bounce back season and is the No. 7 team in Class 2A. The Eagles had lost 20 straight games coming into the year, and will host No. 26 Jeanerette (4-6) at 7 p.m. on Nov. 10.

After starting the year 1-4, Merryville (5-5) won four out of its next five to get the No. 14 ranking. The Panthers host No. 19 Centerville (5-5), who won its first four games but dropped five of the its next six.
