Here is where you can find ice, water, MREs (meals ready to eat) and tarps in Lafourche Parish. These distribution sites are open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

FOOD AND SUPPLIES

  • Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church 723 North Bayou Drive, Golden Meadow.
  • Larose Civic Center, 307 E. 5th St. 
  • Bayou Blue Recreation Center, 200 Mazerac St., Houma.
  • Sixth Ward Middle School, 1865 Choctaw Road, Thibodaux.
  • Grand Bois community, 747 Bourg-Larose Highway.

FREE LUNCHES

The Salvation Army is offering free meals at several locations in Terrebonne and Lafourche to residents affected by Hurricane Ida. Here's a list

GROCERIES

  • All Rouses supermarkets in Lafourche and Terrebonne are open except the Mathews, Lockport and Golden Meadow locations.
  • Cannata's West Park Avenue store in Houma is open. Its Prospect Street store is closed.

EVACUATION SHELTER

Lafourche evacuees are now being housed at the Assumption Community Center, 4910 La. 308, Napoleonville. It's being run by the Red Cross.
