Rosepine beats Pine to reach quarterfinals, 11-0
ROSEPINE - Make it nine straight shutouts.
The third-seeded Rosepine Lady Eagles advanced to the Class 2A quarterfinals on Tuesday with an 11-0 victory over No. 14 Pine.
Senior pitcher Chloe Bennett was nearly unhittable as she gave up a single hits and struck out nine in moving to 25-1 on the season.
